Just wanted to drop you a line about the window job you and the crew did for us. This past week we paid our last payment toward our budget billing to our propane dealer. This may not be exciting to you however let us outline what it means to us. Thirty (30) percent savings on our propane usage. Ten (10) percent savings on our cost of propane. Thank you for doing a great job and sending a great crew. When we get this house sold and buy another we will call you for windows and doors.

Your company did a great job with my roof and gutters, from start to finish! Your sales person was polite and didn't pressure me. He explained exactly what City Sash would do and how long it would take. He figured the price on the entire job, and I was impressed with how reasonable it was. When he told me my shingles would arrive about 3 weeks afterwards, he was right! And City Sash was able to schedule the work the next week. It wa all completed in just one day. I left for work that morning, and that evening I had a beautiful new roof - and new gutters, too! City Sash made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Now, I've had home repairs done before where I had to stay home to make sure the work was done properly, but NOT with City Sash. They were professionals. My house looks spectacular now. I love how my new roof looks, and I feel much more secure. I would highly recommenced you company to anyone who needs a new roof. Keep up the good work!

After one of the three vendors I was considering didn't even show for the appointment I was prepared for another "used car" stereotype of sale. But to my surprise the salesperson was cordial, respectful, on time and knew his stuff and not only was City Sash the Best Product, it was the best value. From beginning to end this was a very good experience. I used to hear my furnace go on 10 times each night. Now it's only 2 or 3. I should have done it sooner because I'll more than pay for my new windows in the saving from high gas bills.

One of the topics I train at corporations is quality and customer satisfaction. I have had other "window installation companies" pitch to me and try to sell me. I was not impressed with the people or the respect (disrespect) of my time or intelligence. The product would seem good but I felt I was being SOLD a bill of goods if you know what I mean. From the beginning I trusted the salesperson she was down to earth and honest. The crew were just plain nice. I felt they also respected me. The icing on the cake was Sandra. I have my own company and am paid when my clients send me a check, not before so we decided at the last minute to take care of the winodows w/ the 90 day SAC offer. She took care of it while we were out of town and came to us for signing. She was incredibly friendly, professional and thouroug. I was so impressed with everyones honesty that I am looking at doing a door through you all if it works out. Other neighbors love our windows and so do we! The only disappointment was getting the job scheduled, the installers were so busy, but I can see why they are great!
